The LHS Pom and Dance Team is part of a long tradition at Linganore, it consist of young ladies from grades 9th -12th living in Frederick, Maryland. Many of the young ladies have participated in Poms since they were little and they now give back by helping coach the same squads they were once members. The ladies spend most afternoons working hard to prepare new routines to perform at all home football, as well as work hard to participate during the competition season.
